Levi Johnston To File For Full Custody of Son Tripp

Well, it looks as if nasty Bristol’s stint on “Life’s A Tripp” has finally prompted Levi to file for full custody of Tripp. Apparently we weren’t the only people horrified as we watched Bristol trying to bad mouth Levi in front of Tripp. What we witnessed on those few episodes was a shameful case of child abuse, and Levi obviously feels the same way.

Courtesy of TMZ:

Levi Johnston believes Bristol Palin is a TERRIBLE PARENT — and the proof is in her reality show … in which she lets their son Tripp run wild, talk back, curse, and show no respect to his elders … so he’s decided to take action … and seek full custody.

In case you’re like most of the country, and haven’t been watching Bristol’s new reality show “Life’s a Tripp” —  her and Levi’s son has been a little ball of trouble … and in one recent episode, even called his aunt Willow the f-word…

Now, Levi’s had enough — telling TMZ, he’s been watching the show and is “disgusted” by his son’s language and behavior. Levi says his son is on a “downward spiral” and getting “no real parenting.”

TMZ also has a short video of the f-word segment and it is not pretty. The complete lack of parenting is really on display. It seems as if Bristol’s vindictive attempt to portray Levi in the worst light possible has backfired big time. What she succeeded in doing, was to show to anyone watching, that she was a completely unfit parent.

And Willow should not be allowed anywhere near Tripp either.

Get that poor child away from these two horrors as quickly as you can, Levi. And good luck.

Poor Tripp. He’ll be much, much better off with Levi; Brisdull having Tripp call every man who comes around “Daddy” can’t be good for this child, either. Levi may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, and he has put up with a lot of bullshit from the Palins, but he has done nothing wrong in regard to his son, or his son’s mother, as far as I know.

What will help Levi, not that I really care about this at all, is that he’s involved in a stable relationship that he is likely to keep. Bristol? Not so much. With her history of boy-hopping, any judge would be hard-pressed to find in her favor. Full custody will be denied, I bet. But, I believe sanctions might be placed on her extracurricular activities with relation to child neglect. Wouldn’t it be fun if she had to take parenting classes? And stay home in AK? Oh, the horror.

Yes, and the sooner Levi & Sunny get married, in the eyes of the Court, the better, esp since they’re having a child together. He’s working as an electrician now; I hope this couple has a good and fulfilling life together.

Sometimes I wonder, how come we have to take a course and pass a test to drive a car, but ohmygoodness, don’t think about suggesting one should have to do the same to bring a baby human into this world! But what the heck, I suppose there are those who believe one shouldn’t have to be licensed to drive, either. Poor kid. I hope things get straightened out for him sooner rather than later – he’s missing valuable lessons that may never be learned once he’s older.

    • Bristol is making the mistake in believing that Tripp won’t remember things….she is underestimating Tripp. He will remember – and he will draw comparisons when he is with Sunny and Levi. It will be important that Levi NOT badmouth Bristol to Tripp (which he won’t I’m sure, Sunny will see to that).
Kids aren’t stupid – in spite of what Bristol believes.

uberduck, I’ve wondered that same thing many times. Seems logical to me.

I’m hoping he has a competent-not-on-Palin’s-payroll-attorney this time. And good for him.

The best of luck Levi. When you become a parent you should renounce any right to walk away and/or despair. Keep at it.

    • Agree – he is in a committed stable relationship (unlike Bristol). Sunny will be a great step parent and will “show well” in court. She seems very mature for her age. And Tripp will gravitate towards her love and kindness as a breath of fresh air – away from the negativity he is surrounded with.

Karma! Good luck Levi!!! Wonder if Bristle will still dance on DWTS? Gino may be the most sane one after all! Stay home and take care of Tripp, clean and cook! She’s proven she can’t stay out of the spot llight and be a mother. Like Menard told Sarah, he didn’t like what she was doing to the kids, Too bad he didn’t take her to court! Stay safe Levi, Tripp needs you right now so fight as hard as you can. Take those videos to court and plead your case! The proof is in the pudding. That little guy needs some love and discipline and a little sister. Stability and his real Daddy! A sane family!
Good luck with your career and family.
