This video is sickening, but I had to go back and watch it and listen to it closely as Michael Nodianos’ attorney Dennis McNamara stated that Nodianos was not present at the same time that Jane Doe was in the house. McNamara insisted that his client was not a witness in the case. Nodianos arrived at the house as the victim was leaving, and heard about the incident from witnesses according to McNamara.
That does not seem to be the case. At 3.49 in the video, one of the boys stands up and says “C’mon man (bro), we are going down.”
Nodianos stands up and says quite clearly, “Right now, what they are trying to do, they are trying to help a dead girl.”
Clearly, at least one of the boys is concerned about Jane Doe and she is obviously present downstairs somewhere – I presume the basement. So Dennis McNamara does not have the correct facts.
At 6.50 in the video, one of the boys states…”Bro (or Nodi or Cody), you raped a girl.” This comment must have been directed at someone in the room!

Shocking images have been found on a cellphone showing two more girls, facedown and partially naked on the floor of the same basement where the Ohio rape of a 16-year-old girl allegedly took place, it can be revealed today.
The photographs were stored on a cellphone belonging to a teammate and friend of the Steubenville case accused, Ma’lik Richmond and Trent Mays – and raise the chilling possibility of two more, as yet unknown, victims.
The images were not taken on the night under investigation and it is not clear whether their subjects were conscious or aware of being photographed.

I’ve had to step away a bit from following this story, as hard as it is, but I did watch the video. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so unhuman. I watched in shock at that boy- someone’s son- tell joke after joke, laughing at his own cleverness. The person taping was in hysterics, too. I literally shook for hours afterward.
You are doing an amazing job of keeping this front and center, Irishgirl, and I can’t imagine how draining it must be to analyze this story and the evidence, then put it all into some sort of order to write about. I hope you take Forty Watt’s excellent advice.

Take a deep breath Irishgirl. Every teenage girl needs to see this so they know what is on a boys mind. So much for taking sex education out of the schools. God forbid this girl was ovulating. That girl has a long, long nightmare ahead of her. They need to keep these boys locked up for as long as she is getting over this nightmare…..for life! This is something that she will never get over. I couldn’t even watch one whole minute of that video. What kind of people laugh because they think someone is dead and they had something to do with causing it? I don’t even know if I’m making sense right now, I’m so disgusted! I’ve signed the petition, for what good it may do. I wish I could do more. According to someone on Malia Litman’s blog, the feds are getting involved…to investigate Anonymous–not the numerous crimes that were committed that night! I hope this isn’t true. What a world.

curious….. some were not charged because they had deleted the photos and video from the confiscated phones….. what about the “cloud”….. my iPhone backs up to the cloud automatically. Is it possible the images remain and are retrievable?

Makenzie Santoro”s aunt has gone on record as stating that her niece was out of town visiting relatives the night of the sexual assaults, and therefore could not have taken part. While it is not beyond the realm of possibility that Ms. Santaro’s aunt could be trying to cover up for her, the same cannot be said for Alexandria Goddard a.k.a. Prinnie.
Now I’m sure you would undoubtedly agree that the girl’s aunt is not un-biased; it is only reasonable, that she would stand up for her family member. You might be forgiven for believing that she would do or say anything to get her niece off the hook — that only stands to reason. However, you cannot say the same of Alexandria Goddard (Prinnie).
Indeed, from the time the story first broke, Prinnie has worked tirelessly to keep this story alive, and in the public eye, Remember, Prinnie was even sued by Cody Saltsman’s family in a blatant attempt to both shut her up, as well as unmask and silence a number of anonymous posters on her blog.
Luckily, Prinnie got some top-notch legal help, and as a result she prevailed in court — the defamation suit was not only withdrawn with prejudice, but also without Prinnie retracting or withdrawing anything she said on her blog. She also did NOT give up the identity of the John Does whose identities were requested by the Saltsmans.

Why hasn’t anyone realized there was another teen present at the third party that night? I read the PC transcripts and her name was clearly there in black and white. MC’s EX girlfriend was the one with him that night not his current girlfriend. I know the present girlfriends family
and I know for a fact she was not in town that weekend nor were her MC even dating at the time of the alleged rape. But yet she is the one taking all the blame. I’ve also heard the EX girlfriend laughs and brags about the current girlfriend being blamed. These kids amaze me

Evan Westlake who recorded Nodianos is one sick person, too. He appears to have escaped unharmed so far but maybe there will be more to come.
