Sarah Palin’s political action committee picked up its fundraising pace, raising nearly $780,000 over the past three months, according to a report filed Friday evening with the Federal Election Commission.
The second-quarter report is an uptick in fundraising from the $388,000 Sarah Palin PAC raised during the first three months of 2012. Palin spent nearly $580,000 over the past three months, including cutting three checks to GOP candidates. Palin contributed $5,000 to tea party favorite Richard Mourdock before he ousted veteran Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) in the primary. Palin also contributed$5,000 a piece to Nebraska Senate candidate Deb Fischer and Texas Senate candidate Ted Cruz.
Does anyone else think that it is very odd that she raised more in the second quarter than she did in the first? I mean she is not running for anything, so why would people continue to send her their hard earned cash? And as an aside…most of the people sending her over $200 are retired.
Another oddity is the fact that our beloved RAM has not been cashing her cheques! See here.

I don’t know that Carol Ryan is a caregiver for Trig or Tripp, I think not. She or Marilyn Lane look out for Bristol. Carol worked hard on the DWTS project to get Bristol votes. She no doubt does the same for fundraising. Retirement folks and the farming community connections.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Wednesday said that child labor regulations proposed by the U.S. Department of Labor would lead to America’s decline.
The federal agency is considering updating the Fair Labor Standards Act by strengthening current child labor regulations related to work with animals, pesticides, timber operations, manure pits and storage bins.

Reached by phone last week, Adrian Lane said he had no comment about whether he saw Wooten drive a patrol car after drinking a beer. He added that it was easy to find something unsubstantiated if one wanted to.
