Steve Bannon Kicked Out of NSC

Courtesy of Politico:

Chief White House strategist Steve Bannon has been removed from the National Security Council, according to a White House official and a Federal Register filing on Wednesday, undoing a move that had directed heavy criticism toward the administration of President Donald Trump.

Bannon, the controversial former head of the alt-right media outlet Breitbart News, was the chief executive of Trump’s presidential campaign. The White House initially defended his presence on the council based on his history as a naval officer, a shield that did little to protect the Trump administration from a bipartisan wave of complaints over a political official serving in a national security role.

The fact that he was ever appointed in the first place is mind boggling.

Not buying it. I read somewhere on twitter that he is still sitting in on meetings. They take titles away to avoid scrutiny. I.e. Manafort, Lewendowski, etc… they were very much still with the campaign. A bunch of traitors — the whole lot surrounding and including the CIC (cheetoh in chief).
