The Clinton Foundation

Courtesy of Politicususa:

A report published on Thursday by Charity Navigator gives the Clinton Foundation some of the highest possible ratings on both the charity’s finances and its transparency. They give the foundation four out of four stars and a score of 94.75 out of a possible 100.

Charity Navigator’s data also showed that nearly 90 percent of the foundation’s expenses go toward funding their charitable programs, like providing access to life-saving HIV/AIDS drugs for millions of people around the globe or helping provide children in the United States healthy food options at school.

The few remaining expenses go toward administrative and fundraising costs, not the Clintons’ personal bank accounts, as many on the right, including Trump, have suggested.

Charity Navigator isn’t the only independent group that gives the Clinton Foundation high marks.

So there you have it.

It never ceases to amaze me how reasonably sane people fall for the lies that the RW spread. The RW have been after Hillary for thirty years. Does anyone with a brain seriously think that she was going to engage in deception with the RW hounding her every move?

Time to get real people.

Oh yeah, and she murdered Vince Foster!

You may not like Hillary, but let’s keep to the facts.

<b FBI Notes That Republicans Wanted So Badly Just Destroyed Their Clinton Email Scandal

Hillary Clinton never deleted any emails. Hillary Clinton never instructed any of her staff to delete emails. The former secretary of state trusted her legal team to comply with requests and record preservation laws. In other words, Hillary Clinton has been telling the truth about her emails.

I so agree. Hatred is the primary motivation for these people. Like a dog with a bone, they just won’t let it go. Donald Trump is a child. He has the maturity of a child. He has the behavior of a child. He has the vocabulary of a child. He has the reasoning capability of a child. He has said “If we have nukes, why can’t we just use them?” He honestly doesn’t know. Actually, even children can understand why we shouldn’t use nuclear weapons, but Donald Trump can’t.

And these idiots want to elect him President of the United States. Because, you know, Hillary and emails.

14 Excerpts From the FBI’s Report on Hillary Clinton’s Email
“There’s remarkably little here. If you nonetheless believe that it’s enough to disqualify Hillary from the presidency, that’s fine. I have no quarrel with you. But if the FBI is to be believed, it’s all pretty small beer.”

      • ProfessorCanine says:

Before starting in her role as Secretary of State, Hillary had to read and sign this agreement NDA Agreement:
Intending to be legally bound, I hereby accept the obligations contained in this Agreement in consideration of my being granted access to classified information. As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications, that is classified under the standards of Executive Order 12958, or under any other Executive order or statute that prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of information in the interest of national security; and unclassified information that meets the standards for classification and is in the process of a classification determination as provided in Sections 1.1. 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4(e) of Executive Order 12958, or under any other Executive order or statute that requires protection for such information in the interest of national security. I understand and accept that by being granted access to classified information, special confidence and trust shall be placed in me by the United States Government.
…I understand that if I am uncertain about the classification status of information, I am required to confirm from an authorized official that the information is unclassified before I may disclose it…
…4. I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in the termination of any security clearances…”
        Also too:
        Title 18 Section 1924
Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
        Title 18 Section 793
        (f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”
        Those are the Federal Laws.
        Period.

What would be her motive? Honestly, unless she was benefitting herself at the risk of endangering the country, which would have been found in the GOP led investigation, I’m voting for her. The alternatives are ridiculous and possibly a true danger to the country.

      • ProfessorCanine says:

        “What would be her motive?”
        Dunno.
The Federal law on the books currently is quite clear though…

Have you read the entire FBI report on their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email practices? No? Well, I have, because that’s the kind of professional I am. And I’m going to provide you with all the most interesting excerpts.

Short, dense and not to be missed, this article is also a reminder that evidence is not something that is lying about waiting to be picked up. Establishing what actually counts as evidence — identification, authentication, privilege, proof, relevance, analysis, interpretation, quality of witnesses, opinions, expert testimony etc. — is a complex, tedious and, hopefully careful, process.
