Dakota Meyer To Take Paternity Test!

Well apparently either the Alaskan court or the Kentucky court in charge of the  Meyer/Palin custody case has ordered Dakota Meyer to take a paternity test. He has filed in both states. Apparently this is the norm.

Courtesy of The Daily Mail:

Dakota Meyer, the former fiancé of Bristol Palin, is being forced to take a paternity test in an increasingly bitter custody battle over her new baby.

Court documents seen by Daily Mail Online reveal that Meyer’s bid for joint custody in a suit filed in Kentucky and Alaska has stalled pending the results of the paternity test.

Now Meyer’s family have told Daily Mail Online they are ‘hurt’ over the doubt that has been cast and insisted that Meyer ‘has a right to that child’, whose birth Palin announced on December 24.

I believe paternity has to be established in Kentucky before the case goes ahead.

Also and too…

In a curious twist a question has also been raised over the actual birth date of Bristol’s baby.

An instagram photo posted by Palin, announcing the birth of Sailor on 24 December places the birth date one day earlier. The date of birth on court papers filed in the custody case is also given as 23 Decembe 23r.

But the same Instagram picture posted by Meyer with the caption ‘Best Christmas present ever!!’ reveals a detail whited out in Palin’s account – the date scribbled on her IV line.

There, in black and white is a date that appears to read 4 November – placing the birth almost two months before Palin claimed.

Just two weeks after she says she gave birth to Sailor, Bristol hit the shooting range to show off her gun skills with family and friends.

The 25-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo of herself aiming what appear to be an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, as well as a short video that sees her shooting a handgun at a target, during a firearms training class with Mat-Su Tactical.

This is just getting betterer amd betterer.  🙂

If Dakota’s name is not on the Birth Certificate, paternity has to be established before a custody hearing goes forward. There’s no forcing involved. Remember this is the Daily Fail.

All we know to date is that the filing in Kentucky was on 29th December. The Court is awaiting the determination of paternity. There are two ways of establishing paternity in KY:
The mother and father can sign a paternity affidavit.
A paternity case can be filed in court.

Given that we are told Dakota is filing for joint custody, why would he not sign an affidavit? If Bristol wants it to be known that Dakota is Sailor’s father, would she not jump at a way to get that accepted by signing the affidavit, whether she’s sure or not?

Whether or not this becomes a huge embarrassment for the Palins depends on when that baby was born. Bristol, presumably, will take some care not to perjure herself if it can be easily demonstrated that she is so doing.

Thanks. Just getting up to speed on how the courts work in the various states. I will amend my title!

So do you think Dakota is shying away from an affadavit and hoping to get a real honest to god DNA test to prove it one way or another?

US law, like any law, leaves me confused and befuddled.

        I don’t have a clue.

All we know is the Alaska application for custody asks if there are any other proceedings involving custody to which the answer is yes: Kentucky Adair District case # 15-J-00100. The Court’s decision is pending action to establish paternity – no decision to date. The other thing we know is that in Kentucky, the dad has to establish paternity in order to be considered a legal parent.

More details about how this can be done are here – http://www.divorcenet.com/resources/paternity-kentucky.html

        Have fun!

      Hasn’t she already perjured herself?

Yes, in the case where $carah had that 19 year old kid put in prison for hacking her account. Bristles claimed she was all alone in the woods, in her mother;s house with no phone. Turns out the SS was outside the house, which is close to a hotel on the highway. Also, too there were cell phones there. Lying, even under oath means nothing to this grifting clan of low life spongers.
