ISIL Is Weak

Someone may want to tell the warmongering Republicans that. I mean, it is not as if this mistake hasn’t been made before. That is why we are where we are now.

The chicken shit Governors who are refusing asylum to Syrian refugees are a colossal fecal stain on humanity.

That is all I have to say.

That was then.

You can add SC to the list, as Nikki Haley has written SOS John Kerry, asking him to not send any refugees to SC.

Good grief, the Paris attacks have gotten some people so scared they have forgotten their humanity. And while they forget their humanity, they are playing right into ISIL’s hands, so they are stupid as well as cowardly.

Good-bye “Home of the free and Land of brave!”

So sad and pathetic to see their reactions.

    • Waiting for their next move – to “close” their state borders. This is flatly unconstitutional – and is all about politics not safety, logic or intelligence. Keeping the people afraid is a GOP Gov duty.

  3. uberduck says:

Aaand… add Governor LePage of Maine, Douche-bag extraordinaire.

But they can’t stop it..legally anyway. They can make it very hard on any immigrants who arrive, but they cannot keep them out of their states. Morons. I do think the GOP has given up on bashing Hillary, calling Bernie a commie/socialist, and have latched onto these attacks as a way to drear-monger and sow hatred and get their voters motivated. They are so disgusting.

I feel very strongly we need to start turning their gender-mongering rhetoric back on them: girlie-men, wusses, testicularly-challenged etc. They’re sniveling little cowards who are buckling to the will of ISIL.

To all you idiots who are scared of Muslims and Syrian refugees in particular – This was what they want, idiots. They want converts. You are giving them the best chance they have of getting them. The logical conclusion – for I know how much you love logic (!) – is that you are Pro-ISIL. Now, what do you have to say for your sorry selves?

Gov. Jay Inslee: ‘Washington welcomes those seeking refuge’

Inslee said on Monday that “Washington will continue to be a state that welcomes those seeking refuge from persecution, regardless of where they come from or the religion they practice.”

“It’s important to note that governors do not decide whether refugees come to their states. Those decisions are made by the federal government, and the U.S. State Department has a robust system in place to evaluate and place families who seek refugee status,” Inslee said.

“That makes these anti-refugee comments by governors even more troublesome and of little value except to divide people and foment intolerance,” Inslee said.

I find it interesting how often President Obama is blamed for being a lawless anti-American, running the country by his own rules and not following the constitution. (didn’t Palin call for impeachment?) As Inslee points out, “It’s important to note that governors do not decide whether refugees come to their states.” Maybe we should be more concerned about who we are electing and putting into office than than refugees seeking safety in our country.
